Initial Consultation Fee:
The initial consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the time and resources spent on understanding your requirements and proposing solutions.
Deposit for Services:
Upon agreement to proceed with our services, a deposit is required to initiate the project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers the costs associated with project initiation and resource allocation.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
If Big Apple Web Solutions fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the contract.
If there are significant deviations from the agreed-upon project scope without client approval.
If the client cancels the project before work has commenced and within a reasonable timeframe from the initial agreement, subject to deduction of any costs already incurred by Big Apple Web Solutions in preparation for the project.
Requesting a Refund:
Clients must submit a written request for a refund, stating the reasons for the request and providing any relevant documentation.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Big Apple Web Solutions.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue arising, otherwise, they may not be considered.
Refund Process:
If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the services rendered and any costs incurred by Big Apple Web Solutions up to that point.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items/services may not be eligible for a refund, such as third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client, domain registration fees, hosting fees, or any other expenses explicitly stated as non-refundable in the contract.
Modifications to the Refund Policy:
Big Apple Web Solutions reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
